Canadian orders ship from our Canadian warehouse. Compostable mailers and resealable bags are available in Canada; silicone sleeves and tape ship within the US only for now.
For other countries, email hello@minliving.com and we'll send you a shipping estimate.
To keep delivery times short, larger orders may arrive in more than one package. You'll get tracking for each shipment.
Returns & exchanges
30-day free returns
Not happy with your order? Email hello@minliving.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. In most cases we'll refund you right away and you won't need to send anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
Wrong size or color?
Tell us what you need and we'll help you swap it.
Damaged or faulty item?
Send us a photo or short video of the issue and we'll send a replacement or refund your order.
Custom-printed orders
Custom-printed mailers and bags are made to order with your branding, so they can't be returned.
