30-day free returns

Not happy with your order? Email hello@minliving.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. In most cases we'll refund you right away and you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap it.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo or short video of the issue to hello@minliving.com and we'll send a replacement or refund your order.

Custom-printed orders

Custom-printed mailers and bags are made to order with your branding, so they can't be returned.
